1 Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the wwwvip online gaming platform, including but not limited to all games, services, features, content, and applications offered through our website located at wwwvip.lat and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by wwwvip under license and regulatory oversight from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By registering for an account, logging into the Platform, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise engaging with any wwwvip services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You further acknowledge that you have had sufficient opportunity to read and understand these terms, and that you enter into this agreement voluntarily and of your own free will.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion, to comply with regulatory requirements, reflect changes in our services, or for any other lawful purpose. Material changes will be notified to users through prominent notice on the Platform, email notification to registered addresses, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, access the Platform, or participate in any gaming activities offered by wwwvip. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that all information you provide regarding your age and identity is accurate and truthful.

Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo identification such as Philippine driver's licenses, passports, UMID cards, Postal ID, or other official documents. Failure to provide requested verification within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure, and forfeiture of any funds or winnings in your account.

2.2 Geographic and Legal Restrictions

The wwwvip Platform is intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and gaming activity. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You further represent and warrant that you are not located in any jurisdiction that has been designated as a restricted territory by wwwvip or PAGCOR. We reserve the right to verify your location through IP address analysis, device location services, or other technical means, and to refuse service or close accounts of users found to be in violation of geographic restrictions.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement, that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from forming contracts, and that you are not acting under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any condition that would impair your judgment. You further warrant that you are participating in gaming activities for personal entertainment purposes only, and not in any professional or commercial capacity unless expressly authorized in writing by wwwvip.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on the wwwvip Platform, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address within the Philippines, valid email address, mobile phone number, and username and password of your choosing.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to promptly update any changes to your personal details. wwwvip is not responsible for any issues, losses, or damages arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Responsibility and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication information. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party or to allow any other person to access your account. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

You agree to immediately notify wwwvip customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. wwwvip will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to adequately secure your login credentials or your disclosure of such credentials to third parties.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the wwwvip Platform. Creating multiple accounts, operating duplicate accounts, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. wwwvip employs various technical measures and fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to matching personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device identifiers, and behavioral patterns.

If wwwvip determines that you have created or operated multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts immediately, void any bets or gaming activity across all accounts, confiscate any bonuses or promotional winnings, and retain any deposited funds as liquidated damages. Only one bonus or promotion may be claimed per person, household, IP address, or payment method.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your wwwvip account through approved payment methods displayed on the Platform, which may include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from major Philippine banks (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), and credit or debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

You represent and warrant that all funds you deposit into your wwwvip account are from legitimate sources, that you have legal ownership and control of such funds, and that you are not engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. wwwvip reserves the right to conduct due diligence and request documentation regarding the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and confiscation of funds pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours for GCash and Maya, and 3-5 business days for bank transfers, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider and verification requirements.

Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified on the Platform. wwwvip reserves the right to charge reasonable fees for withdrawal processing, though we currently do not charge withdrawal fees for most payment methods. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

4.3 Verification and Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR regulations, wwwvip implements a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) program. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary. Funds deposited must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. 5 Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 General Gaming Rules

In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and game-specific rules, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail except where game-specific rules impose more restrictive obligations.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited gaming laboratories. wwwvip does not influence, control, or manipulate game outcomes in any way. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payback over millions of game rounds.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities, which constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets or play games
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of chip dumping, syndicating, or team play designed to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform or games for personal gain
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise location or identity
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including but not limited to credit card fraud or chargeback abuse

• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other players or wwwvip staff
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform or its games
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account closure, voiding of all bets, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

5.3 Betting Limits and Responsible Gaming Controls

wwwvip implements betting limits on games to promote responsible gaming practices. Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game. Users may also set personal deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, and session time limits through their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately for increases or after a cooling-off period for decreases, in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

6.1 Bonus Terms

Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, graphics, text, images, video, audio, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other materials available on the wwwvip Platform are owned by or licensed to wwwvip and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any purpose without the express written consent of wwwvip; modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content; remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices; or use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The wwwvip Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, wwwvip disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

wwwvip does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the Platform or servers are free from viruses or other harmful components, or that the Platform will meet your requirements or expectations. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, in no event shall wwwvip, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Platform, even if wwwvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wwwvip's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000), whichever is greater.

9.3 Force Majeure

wwwvip shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, typhoons, accidents, strikes, shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials, pandemic or epidemic disease, government restrictions, internet service provider failures, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

10 Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your account before closure is finalized. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to the Platform or any historical transaction data. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations arising from activities that occurred prior to closure.

10.2 Termination or Suspension by wwwvip

wwwvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions; engaging in prohibited activities or fraudulent behavior; failure to provide requested verification documents; suspected money laundering or illegal activity; abusive behavior toward staff or other users; or any conduct that wwwvip determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or wwwvip's reputation or interests.

Upon suspension or termination, all outstanding bets may be voided, bonuses forfeited, and account balances subject to review. wwwvip may retain balances pending investigation of suspected violations and may confiscate funds representing proceeds of prohibited activities. If your account is closed and you have committed no material breach, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution provisions.

By using the wwwvip Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and wwwvip regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
